Nyaduola Gabriel

A relative newcomer to the industry, Nyaduola’s age belies her maturity and determination. Her path hasn’t been marred by the typical stories of chaos and tragedy that often typify those of young men and women coming out of Kakuma Refugee camp – or at least, this is her own perspective on her upbringing.

She was often sheltered and protected by a father who truly believed that his daughter was destined for great things. In a complete departure from traditional norms, he enrolled her in beauty pageants from a very young age. It is this support and belief of her father that has shaped her into who she is today. In 2022 she was discovered by an Isis Models scout and has since gone on to sign for Select Model Management in London, Paris and Milan.

Her first year as a model has seen her walk the runways for Miu Miu, Hermes, Off-White, Saint Laurent and more. She has future goals of studying International Relations at university and becoming an ambassador for refugee rights.
